I added a bunch of Yoga training to my routine to get into shape for this years US Opens.

Today I held three golf positions as part of the routine for 30 seconds each pose.

Try to hold a real position in golf for 30 seconds to see how your core strength is.

You can feel the lats and back muscles as well as inner thigh muscles straining that a golf swing uses.

So it could help stretch out the major golf muscles in my opinion.
