The article was about Russia asking Twitter to block extremist accounts. Like chess master Garry Kasparov.
I don’t normally agree with Putin, but he’s 100% right, the Net was created by the US Military and the commercial net was controlled originally by the CIA.
When the Internet became a commercial enterprise the company handing out domain names was Network Solutions.
When NET SOL went public the company that made BILLIONS was SAIC in San Diego.
SAIC is CIAS backwards.
Just look at the board of directors of SAIC, all ex government spooks.

So yeah Putin, you’re right, the Net was a CIA project.
