First let me give you some background on who I am and then you can judge my allegations of FRAUD and SCAM against Amazon and Jeff Bezos properly, since my words carry a lot of weight with many in high level government positions and investors as well as major players in technology as well as over 100,000 members of organizations I formed.

For a couple of weeks now I have been bashing Amazon and Jeff Bezos publicly on this site over allegations of FRAUD on authors and how the WA AGO has started a FRAUD INVESTIGATION of Amazon due to my complaint of FRAUD on them and how I intend to file possibly 5 Class Actions on Amazon.

Yesterday, in after hours trading Amazon’s stock tanked exactly as I’ve been warning in my writings on Amazon that their stock value was grossly over rated. The reason is the so-called ‘free cash flow’ con game that Jeff Bezos reports to his ‘investors’ is nothing but as some have put it a great BIG PONZI SCHEME. Even Donald Trump nailed the whole Amazon and Jeff Bezos scandal calling the company and Bezos nothing but a SCAM. Donald Trump called Amazon and the Washington Post that recently as well, maybe he reads my blog. The massive drop in Amazon’s value also came as Amazon released their latest reports showing how badly they are really doing.

Amazon has been a notorious CASH LOSING COMPANY with mostly NEGATIVE PROFITS for over 20 years. Over 40 years ago while studying business law in school, I remember learning how the IRS ruled at that time that their definition of a business or a company was it had 7 years to obtain profitability or in their eyes the business was not a business but a hobby and not able to write off their losses.

Recently the publishing company I founded over 20 years ago that has in their catalog over 100 books and academic papers I wrote over my career and dozens of books by other modern authors we have purchased publishing rights to as well as thousands of public domain eBook files from classic authors from ancient times to the early 20th Century that we publish, started to test Amazon’s program for Authors and Publishers called ‘Select’ and at first we were encouraged as I wrote in an article on Select and KENP.

Since then I’ve encountered major problem after major major problem with Amazon and clear cases of massive FRAUD at Amazon done with the full knowledge of Jeff Bezos in my legal opinion.

How can I give ‘legal opinions’? Well I formed a religious organization over 20 years ago that morphed into a new ‘nation’ on this lovely planet and our organizations now have religious courts as well as civil courts. The only thing we don’t have are criminal courts. We have complex rules of laws and court procedures and members are located all over the world and the memberships of both organizations are now well over 100,000 members.

We have been ruled already a JURAL SOCIETY, that means we are recognized by courts for having our own courts, rules of law and legal procedures that our members agree to when they join us. Our judgements can be legally bought into foreign courts such as the US court system to enforce our judgements.

This is a religious and legal structure that I founded along with some other like minded individuals that see the world being in the DAWN OF THE NEW AGE when one nation and theology will emerge and take over our world and that One Nation and One Theology will bring peace to our world that has been fueled by the separatism inherent in a multi-nation and multi-theology world. While some have mentioned the NEW WORLD ORDER (NWO) the fact is it cannot come from old establishments, it must spring forth as a global movement from a new organization and mine is one of those organizations that is bringing about a NEW WORLD ORDER and it will be one global government uniting the people of the world with one system of justice and rules for all humans.

I founded a publishing company around the same time that Jeff Bezos founded Amazon in the mid 1990’s.

By then I had over 20 years experience in technology having founded my first tech company in the 1970’s and by the 1990’s I was already retired from technology having sold a couple of companies I created as a young man. By 1995 I was writing books on topics I was interested in such as the origins of ancient civilizations, religion and paranormal topics including UFOS and Nostradamus.

Having owned software companies for almost 20 years by 1995, I was used to SELF PUBLISHING my software on discs and then CD’s as well as creating eBooks for my software manuals.

So as my books began to manifest from my quill dipped in the ink of the Astral Plane, I started to have them printed and sold in some ‘New Age’ shops in the Philadelphia and New York City markets. But mainly they were distributed as eBooks via web sites I created in the early days of the commercial internet where I would write articles and such about the things I was interested in, such as religion and UFOS and the Paranormal.

I created one of the first eBook networks in the world it is 1 eBooks.

Control of 1 eBooks was stolen from my company around ten years ago when a huge domain name fiasco happened with an early registrar of domain names that stole registrants money to renew domain names by not renewing the domains they had paid for. It was the Register Fly fiasco and many of my famous early sites were stolen in this debacle.

Eventually we got back control of 1 eBooks and it has been where most of my books are sold for years. On and off we have put books on other eBook channels including Amazon and for a while we pulled most of our titles on Amazon due to FRAUD and SCAMS targeting our titles on the Amazon network they run under AWS (Amazon Web Services).

Eventually the issues of AWS Fraud sites was resolved to some degree and we put many of our titles back on Amazon last month. We then started to analyze the Select program of Amazon and put some test titles into it. At first I considered the tests positive and stated publicly that the Select KENP royalty system may be a great thing for Indie Authors and Small Publishing companies. The Big 5 Publishers do not usually if ever put titles into Select since it gives Amazon complete control of their titles. Today Amazon has a monopoly control on eBook Publishing as is witnessed due to one fact, they control over 90% of eBooks sold today, that is a MONOPOLY over eBooks. Anyone that argues Amazon is not a monopoly is so low IQ that they may as well be brain dead and without a pulse.

Our initial titles enrolled in Select were promoted by Amazon and we averaged decent sales of each title and our KENP page read average PER TITLE was over 1,000 pages read per day per title.

I saw some problems with Amazon that I began to write about on this site and yet I still entered almost 100 titles from our catalog into KENP. I initially viewed KENP as a positive thing after testing it with 5 titles.

As I began to see more and more major problems with Amazon and how they treat all authors and small publishers my public criticism of Amazon grew on this site. Now my public criticism of Amazon has resulted in Amazon and Jeff Bezos STEALING my KENP royalties as they stole my commissions in my affiliate account that resulted me filing a FRAUD COMPLAINT on Amazon with the WA AGO and the WA AGO is now investigating Amazon for FRAUD.

Earlier today I informed Jeff Bezos via his public email address jeff@amazon.com that I was STANDING ON MY SELECT CONTRACT with Amazon. That means I consider it NULL AND VOID due to BREACH OF CONTRACT by Amazon.

The reason is simple, Amazon is STEALING MY KENP ROYALTIES and I can prove it in court and I will PROVE IT.

My KENP royalties at first averaged over 1000 page reads a title with only 5 titles in the program. The last 2 days with over 100 Titles in Select we are now averaging only 10 to 20 page reads a day per title, that is a massive 98% to 99% drop in average page reads PER TITLE. That is IMPOSSIBLE and only inside FRAUD and THEFT of our KENP page reads could cause such a massive drop. That is why I am publicly accusing Amazon of STEALING MY KENP ROYALTIES!

Within days of my public outing Amazon for FRAUD my KENP figures dropped 98% to 99% and any jury will view such a drop as DELIBERATE FRAUD by Amazon.

Authors and small publishers you simply cannot trust Amazon as my story proves.

Now besides AMAZON STEALING MY KENP ROYALTIES as I can PROVE in court by the 98 to 99% drop in average page reads per day on 100 titles, I caught Amazon STEALING AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS as I reported on this site not long ago and that is why the WA AGO is investigating Amazon. Here is the WA AGO letter acknowledging they are investigating my FRAUD CHARGES on Amazon and Jeff Bezos.

Besides having my affiliate commissions stolen by Amazon they are now STEALING MY KENP ROYALTIES and I would wager they are STEALING MY SALES ROYALTIES as well.

Amazon is also targeting some of my books now by banning them on Amazon, it is personal retaliation by Jeff Bezos in my opinion for all my public griping about Amazon FRAUD and SCAMS.
